Each piece of our Liuli jewelry is lovingly handcrafted, making it truly one-of-a-kind and exclusively yours. Due to the nature of handmade artistry, slight variations in color, texture, and shape from product images may occur — these are not imperfections, but rather the unique charm that makes each piece special. We hope you treasure your piece as much as we treasured making it.
General Policy
We pour our heart into every creation, and we want you to love what you receive. As each piece is handcrafted with care, all sales are final. However, we are more than happy to arrange an exchange or refund in the following situations:
- Item damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received
If either of these applies to you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@realonetara.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a few photos. We'll take care of the return shipping costs and make things right for you as quickly as possible. Please ensure the item is returned unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted, and we are unfortunately unable to assist with damage caused by mishandling after delivery, as our Liuli pieces are delicate works of art that require gentle care.
International Orders & Customs Duties Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery are non-refundable. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it yet, please feel free to contact us at contact@realonetara.com — we're happy to help.
Loyalty Points & Rewards
Points earned through purchases will be automatically deducted upon a return or refund, proportional to the refunded amount. For example, if you return a $50 item, 50 REALONETARA LIULI POINTS will be deducted from your account.
Rewards that have already been redeemed (e.g., discount codes generated using points) are non-refundable and will not be reinstated upon return.
Damaged Items — Shipping Claims
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we offer an exchange or refund for the same item. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video showing the damaged condition of the item upon opening the package.
The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly show the unboxing process and the damaged item inside, and must be continuous and unedited. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please contact us at contact@realonetara.com with your order number and the unboxing video attached. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above requirements.
Safety & Disclaimer
REALONETARA products are made from Liuli glass, which is fragile and may break if dropped or subjected to impact. Please handle and wear all pieces with care.
Fragility Warning Liuli glass is a delicate material. Avoid exposure to hard surfaces, excessive force, or sudden impacts. REALONETARA is not responsible for any injury caused by broken or shattered pieces resulting from misuse or improper handling.
Not Suitable for Children All REALONETARA products are intended for adult use only. Keep all jewelry and accessories out of reach of children. Small components may present a choking hazard. REALONETARA is not responsible for any injury, harm, or incident involving children.
Wearing Instructions Please read the wearing instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email before use. REALONETARA is not responsible for any injury, choking, or adverse outcomes resulting from improper use or failure to follow the provided instructions.
