How long does it take to process and receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery to the United States generally takes 8–12 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping to additional regions may be introduced in the future — stay tuned.

What is Liuli glass?

Liuli (琉璃) is a traditional Chinese art glass with over a thousand years of history. Each piece is crafted using the ancient lampwork technique — shaped by hand over an open flame, resulting in rich colors, luminous translucency, and organic forms. No two pieces are identical.

How should I care for my Liuli jewelry?

• Avoid dropping or impacting the piece against hard surfaces
• Store in the original packaging when not wearing
• Keep away from excessive force or sudden pressure
• Handle gently and keep out of reach of children

Slight variations in color, texture, and shape from product images are a natural characteristic of handmade Liuli — not imperfections.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, we will arrange an exchange or refund in the following situations:

• Your item arrives damaged due to shipping
• You received the wrong item

What is the process?

1. Contact us at contact@realonetara.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and clear photos (for damaged items, an unboxing video is required — it must begin before the package is opened and be continuous and unedited)
3. Once approved, return shipping will be arranged; the item must be returned unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
